TERMS & CONDITIONS - PuroSwiss Cigars

The aim of this company through its website, www.puroswiss.com is to allow customers to purchase a wide variety of authentic Cuban Cigars at the best possible prices. PuroSwiss Cigars operate as an independent company based in Switzerland. We can deliver to most countries in the world. We carry a large line of popular brands and sizes. If you are looking for world-class service and top quality Habanos cigars at competitive prices, then you have found your destination.

EXCHANGE RATES

Our prices are shown in USD (US Dollars) and Euro. Our processing is done natively in USD. Your credit card company will automatically convert the value of your order to your local currency, using their current rates. The charge on your account will also vary due to the date of the actual exchange rate applied by your credit card company.

ORDERING PROCESS

As soon as your order is placed, we will send you an email confirmation.

Once your payment has been accepted, we will ship your product with 24-36 hrs. Generally your item will be dispatched the following day. If there should be a payment issue, we will contact you advising you of the problem.

If stock is currently not available for all or part of your order, it will be held pending. You will be informed of the status of your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Cost: FREE Worldwide Shipping

We deliver to most countries in the world. We send our orders via ‘International Priority’. Delivery is usually done in your home country by the regular postal service. Although not very detailed, you will receive a tracking number with this service.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE

PuroSwiss Cigars will guarantee your shipment against customs issues ONLY. We do not protect against any other type of loss or non-delivery. However, we will do our utmost to provide you with a fair and reasonable resolution to issues outside our guarantee. This will be solely at the discretion of PuroSwiss Cigars.

OUR REFUND POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the condition of any of our cigars or if you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us, we will address each case individually. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the product shipped back to us pre-paid.

CUSTOMS & EXCISE DUTIES

Refunds will not be accepted for returned goods due to customs and excises duties levied on the goods at the country of importation. All rates and taxes applicable in the destination country shall be the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you contact your customs agency for further information. We will not be liable for any delay on the order delivery caused by customs services. Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, or other restrictions imposed by the destination country. Tobacco related laws differ from one country to another and any VAT, taxes, or customs, if applicable, shall be paid upon receipt of shipment. The customer is responsible to know their own countries tobacco import laws and regulations before placing their order.
